Salary: CAD $70,000 - $85,000
Overview
Join Maple CRM to help mid-market customers get value from our platform. You'll guide implementations, train users, and partner on renewals.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of 40-50 accounts with a focus on retention
- Lead onboarding calls and configure best-practice templates
- Track health scores, raise risks early, and coordinate playbooks
- Capture product feedback and work with PMs on roadmap input
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for workflows
- Strong communication and ability to run remote workshops
- Bonus: background in marketing automation tools
