About the role
Own end-to-end product design for clinician-facing tools used in hospitals across the UK. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and clinical advisors to ship intuitive workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing
- Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Partner with engineering during implementation and QA
- Evolve our design system for web and tablet experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/UI with shipped B2B products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design
- Experience collaborating with researchers and PMs
- Comfort facilitating workshops with clinical stakeholders
