Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 + equity
Role Overview
Lead growth experiments for MetroPay's consumer wallet, working closely with design, data, and marketing to ship features that drive activation and retention.
What You'll Do
- Own the onboarding and referrals roadmap end to end
- Define success metrics, build experiment briefs, and run A/B tests
- Translate user research into requirements and lightweight specs
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver fast, iterative releases
What You Bring
- 4+ years in product management, ideally at a consumer fintech
- Comfort with SQL and analytics tools to self-serve insights
- Proven track record shipping growth features that move KPIs
- Strong communication skills and bias for action
